2. Services

A&N Marketing Group provides digital marketing, advertising, lead generation, and related consulting services.

Specific services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate written agreement, contract, or proposal accepted by the Client.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate information, access to accounts (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads), and timely approvals necessary for campaigns.

The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with industry regulations and for the accuracy of all materials provided.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due upfront or on a recurring monthly basis.

Late payments may result in paused campaigns, suspension of services, or late fees.

5. Results Disclaimer

While A&N Marketing Group aims to deliver the best results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue, profit, or number of leads.

Performance depends on factors outside our control, including but not limited to Client cooperation, market conditions, and platform policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All original creative content (graphics, ad copy, strategies) produced by A&N Marketing Group remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.

After payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the Client unless otherwise specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

A&N Marketing Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the last 30 days.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the service agreement.

Fees for work already completed or ongoing campaigns are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
